Homeowner Spotlight: David Juarez Jr.

David Juarez Jr. came to us after going to several other mobile home dealerships. When he met with a new dealer, they promised he would be approved. Time and time again, he was denied. 

David is an ambitious young man. He moved here after he graduated from high school. He was living in a small apartment with his sister and brother-in-law. He had a two-hour commute into San Antonio for work. The three dreamed of splitting a piece of land where they could place the home of their dreams, closer to the city but with enough space to breathe. 

So when he kept getting turned away, David was close to giving up but decided to talk to Braustin Homes anyway. We’re so glad he did! We were able to get David approved and found the perfect house for him, his sister, and his brother-in-law to share. 

“It feels good to know that I’m able to go and relax in a home that’s under MY name,” He said. “And I was able to do it at such a young age.” 

At only 21, David owns his manufactured home. He dreams of eventually getting a bigger home and is set up for success whenever that day comes. We are so happy that we have been able to help David make his dream come true, and we know it is only the beginning of his achievements.
