A Thank You Note & What’s Coming in the New Year

Dear Braustin Family,

What an incredible year.

2018 had more in store than we ever could have imagined.

Last year we helped 36 families achieve their lifelong dream of home ownership.

This year?

We were able to help 73 more!

Our momentum is only gaining as we work to Bring Trust Back to Mobile Homes.

With every family that comes to us and says, “We never could have done it without you” we are reminded our work to maintain affordability and transparency is changing lives.

So we need to take a moment to say THANK YOU!

Every family that has trusted us to be their home builder has been a part of making the same dream possible for somebody else.

We are so humbled, so in awe, of what you all have allowed us to accomplish this year. Thank you.

And we’re not done yet.

As long as there are families dreaming of affordable home ownership, we will be here to help them make that dream come true.

The Braustin Physical Location is Almost Open!

As with any large undertaking, we experienced a few setbacks as we worked through the rules and requirements necessary to officially open our new lot in south San Antonio, TX.

We only have one more big hurdle to jump before we can cut that red ribbon and have a place for Braustin to call home.

Having a “home base” will be just what we need to continue growing and spreading the word about Braustin.

Launching a New Website

Even with a physical dealership, we still operate primarily online and over the phone. We have completely overhauled our website to offer our customers a better user experience.

One of the features we are most excited about is the new and improved delivery estimator.

Where we previously had a spreadsheet estimating delivery charges by factory and cities in Texas, potential home buyers can now enter their address and get a more customized delivery estimate.

The website will also better help our customer find their perfect home, comparing similar homes and offering suggestions based on previous homes viewed.

New Home Options in 2019

Earlier this year we added a new factory to our line up of homes, Clayton Athens. Coming in 2019 we will now be offering 2 new double wides in the NXT series:The Isabella and The Nellie.

In addition, we will have a new single wide option from the Clayton Athens factory!

As always, our focus remains first on affordability. That’s why we love how Clayton Athens has streamlined their process to provide a luxury product at an affordable price.

Updates to the Braustin App

We continue to receive feedback from users of The Braustin App and are applying many of those suggestions to our 2019 updates.

Home buyers can look forward to less printed paperwork needed to complete closing as we move toward the use of e-signatures.

And, to enhance the service experience for customers after their home is installed, we’ve improved the process for creating and sending the service list for warrantied cosmetic repairs.

We consider all constructive feedback and work continually to make the home buying process as easy and efficient as possible for both our team and our customers.
