San Antonio Business Journal Reveal the Honorees on the 2022 40 Under 40 List

Alberto Piña, Co-Founder of Braustin Homes Selected as one of San Antonio’s Rising Stars!

[San Antonio, Texas, February 10, 2022] According to the San Antonio Business Journal, the 40 Under 40 Awards are presented to professionals who are under the age of 40 years old, and have demonstrated excellence in business, leadership and community involvement. Annually, they look for people across all industries who have demonstrated success over the past 12 months. Co-Founder of Braustin Homes, Alberto Piña, will be recognized at an event March 23, 2022 and winners will be featured in a special publication of the San Antonio Business Journal.

Alberto, more commonly known as “AP,” has been in the mobile home industry for 13 years, and in January of 2017, he and his brother, Jason Piña, decided it was time to venture out on their own after years of selling and managing teams for big name companies in the mobile homes industry.

That decision originally started in 2015 after losing their brother and best friend, Jonathan Piña. Thinking how life is too short to just make a buck, Alberto and Jason wanted to make a difference in the world, and they decided to do it through what they knew best, affordable housing. What started out as the family business quickly transitioned into the family mission.

Fast forward to January 2022, the Piña Brothers are stepping onto their 5th year milestone. Recently AP sat down with members of Geekdom and White Cloud Media Group to look back on the last half-decade stating, “Jobs and homes have been the two core focuses of what we’re trying to build, and at this point we’ve created 29 jobs and helped almost 500 families build a place to call home.”

Together, the brothers’ leadership has allowed the team at Braustin Homes to build the company they want to work for and assist over 500 families find a new place to call home!
