Braustin’s 25 Homes Before the Holidays: Various Exciting Mobile Homes in Texas

The holiday season is a time of excitement and discovery, especially for those interested in mobile homes. To celebrate, Braustin launched a captivating 25-day live event called “25 Homes Before the Holidays.” Each day, we showcase a different mobile home, offering insights into each model’s features and lifestyle. 

This article recaps the event, but you can watch it for yourself on the Braustin YouTube channel.

Day 1: Clayton Tempo Yesterday

Braustin kicked off the event with the Clayton Tempo “Yesterday,” a delightful one-bedroom, one-bath mobile home covering 625 square feet. This single-wide model shines with its spacious living area, bathed in natural light, perfect for an L-shaped sectional couch. The kitchen is a standout feature, offering extensive storage and an island, making it ideal for holiday entertaining. The bedroom comfortably fits a queen-size bed, and the bathroom includes a shower-tub combo. The home’s design is practical, with the laundry area conveniently situated near the bedroom and bathroom for ease of living.

Special Events and Offers

Braustin also announced our participation in a local parade in Pleasanton, Texas, with a chance to win $500. An open house event was also scheduled, inviting people to explore their mobile homes in person.

Day 2: Clayton NXT Angelina

On the second day, we covered the Clayton Angelina, a spacious four-bedroom, two-bath home spanning 1790 square feet. The kitchen features two coffee bars and farmhouse-style elements like a large island and farmhouse sink. The living area offers ample space for family gatherings, with room for multiple couches and a large TV. The primary bedroom is generously sized, featuring a double vanity and a luxurious freestanding tub in the bathroom. The home also includes a versatile flex space.

Day three showcased the Clayton Tempo “Layla,” a two-bedroom, one-bath home measuring 738 square feet. This single-wide model impresses with tape and textured walls, large windows, and an open floor plan. The kitchen maximizes space with ample storage and an island that doubles as bar seating. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet, and the bathroom features a deep tub with a window. The secondary bedroom is suitable for kids or as an office.

Day 4: TRU Homes Delight

On day four, Braustin featured the True Homes “Delight,” a two-bedroom, two-bath home covering 820 square feet. This single-wide home boasts a practical kitchen with a utility room and a cozy dining area. The living space is adaptable, with room for a large couch and entertainment center. The primary bedroom can fit a king-size bed, and the primary bathroom offers privacy from the main living area. The guest bathroom is conveniently located for visitors.

Day 5: Clayton Tempo Still the One

Day five introduced the Clayton Tempo “Still the One,” a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 795 square feet. This single-wide model features a large kitchen with a huge island and ample storage. The primary bedroom can accommodate a king or queen bed, and the secondary bedroom is ideal for children or as a home office. Both bathrooms offer substantial storage, and the laundry area includes additional shelf space. The home is highly customizable, with options for exterior siding, cabinet, and countertop finishes.

Day 6: Clayton Tempo Born to Run

The sixth day of Braustin’s event introduced the Clayton Tempo “Born to Run,” a unique two-bedroom, two-bath home covering 900 square feet. This model stands out with its spacious living area, a kitchen with a distinct layout offering ample storage, a large island, and a functional utility room. The primary bedroom can accommodate a king or queen bed and offers plenty of natural light. Special features include programmable, controllable thermostats via a smartphone app for added convenience and energy efficiency and a Ring doorbell for enhanced security. 

Day 7: Clayton Schult Alpine The Matterhorn at 312 Eleanor Rd

Day seven showcased The Matterhorn, a three-bedroom, two-bath home spanning 1920 square feet, available as a land and home property in Elmont, Texas. The interior features include a large island, stunning countertops, a spacious living area with ceiling beams, and a breathtaking primary bathroom with a freestanding tub and a massive walk-in shower. The home’s exterior boasts a deck and a vast backyard, perfect for outdoor activities and pets. Additionally, the team celebrated the birthday of their boss, Sydney, who surprised the team with thoughtful gifts.

Day 8: Clayton Tempo Rhythm Nation

The “Rhythm Nation” stands out with its efficient use of space and modern design. The living area is adorned with tape and textured walls, flooding the space with natural light and providing a door to the backyard, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The kitchen is a highlight of this home, boasting a massive island and ample storage, including space over the fridge. Two kitchen windows add to the natural light and offer picturesque views, enhancing the overall ambiance of the space.

Day 9: Clayton Tempo Move on Up

On the ninth day, viewers were introduced to the Clayton Tempo “Move On Up,” a three-bedroom, two-bath home measuring 1080 square feet. This single-wide model offers an open floor plan with a spacious living area and kitchen. The primary bedroom is large enough for a king-size bed, and the secondary bedrooms are versatile for various uses. Braustin also announced its last open house of the year at Wallon Park, featuring three ready-to-move-in homes.

Day 10: Clayton NXT Amelia

The tenth day featured The Amelia, a four-bedroom, two-bath home covering 1790 square feet. As part of the In-stock{ing} Stuffer deal, this double-wide home is available with a $3,000 discount and is ready for immediate delivery at the Odessa lot. The Amelia includes a range of upgrades, a large living space with wood accents, a farmhouse-style kitchen, and a primary bedroom big enough for a California king bed. Unique aspects of this home include a flex space, a large pantry, a mud/utility room, and a secondary bathroom with ample space and stylish accents.

Day 11: Clayton Tempo Sweet Caroline

On day 19, Braustin showcased the Oak Creek “Dorado,” a three to four-bedroom, two-bath home with 1530 square feet of space. This home is part of the “In-stock{ing} Stuffer” deal and features an open kitchen with a breakfast nook, an optional porch, and a dining area suitable for large gatherings. The kitchen’s standout feature is its customizability in cabinet and island colors, along with substantial storage space. The home includes flex spaces that can be utilized as dining areas, reading nooks, or playrooms. The primary bedroom is large enough to accommodate a king-size bed comfortably. The secondary bedrooms are also sizeable, offering flexibility in their use. Day 24: Clayton Tempo Superfly

On Day 24, we looked at the Clayton Tempo “Superfly.” This model is a substantial home with four or five bedrooms and two baths, encompassing 2001 square feet. The living space is large enough to fit a sectional sofa and additional seating. The kitchen is a highlight, with customizable options for cabinets and islands and plenty of storage. The home features several flex spaces, which can be adapted for various purposes like dining, play areas, or additional living spaces. The bedrooms, especially the secondary ones, are spacious and adaptable to different layouts. The bathrooms in the Superfly model are modern and well-designed, offering ample counter space.

Day 25: Clayton Epic Summit

The final day, Day 25, showcased the Clayton Tempo “Epic Summit.” This model is a massive home with four or five bedrooms and three baths, covering 2,432 square feet. The living space features board and batten walls, vinyl flooring, and wood trims, creating a large and aesthetically pleasing area. The dining space is conveniently located near the back door, ideal for outdoor access. The kitchen is remarkable for its extended space, including a coffee bar, an extra pantry, and leading into a well-equipped utility room. The secondary bathrooms are notably spacious, with a Jack and Jill layout in one. The home includes several flex spaces, offering options for a home theater, play area, or additional living room.
