What would you think if we told you we never met Shanel Butler face-to-face until weeks after her home was delivered? As one of our first “online only” customers, Shanel was able to tour her home virtually, signed all of the paperwork remotely, and received her home without having to make the 100-mile journey to San Antonio. (Keep reading below.)
We first met the Butler family on their beautiful land just outside Leakey, Texas. We’re not just calling it beautiful to be nice, the team all agreed that it was probably the best piece of property we ever had the chance to place a double wide home on. Our surprises continued as we stepped inside of the home. With her keen eye for decor, we wondered if Shanel should have changed her profession from being an operations manager to an interior designer. She did a wonderful job at making that house look like a show home.
If you were wondering, the Butlers purchased the Tru Homes model Thrill to place on their little slice of Texas. We really enjoyed sitting down and speaking with Shanel to hear her story. Listening to her words again reminds us why we are here at Braustin. We want to make sure each family we serve has a happy ending to their story, just like the Butler Family.
