In the area where we live, the prices of homes skyrocketed. We had been looking for a few years for a home to call our own that would accommodate our needs for 5 family members and our budget. Companies in town seemed interested in taking as much money as possible from us. One day, we came across Braustin Homes, looked into their website and reviews and made the decision to contact them. We were not accustomed to doing all our business over the phone and online, as we are a little “old school,” we wanted to meet in person (which was available), get a feel for who we were dealing with and get a firm handshake. We were certainly apprehensive in the beginning, but they quickly eased our concerns, made themselves available to answer all our questions and guide us through the process of purchasing our first home. It wasn’t as complicated as we first imagined, Braustin Homes delivered excellent service – especially Mauricio Chacra. We purchased our home from them and we haven’t regretted our decision to do business with them. They met our needs, our budget and then some. I highly recommend Braustin Homes.
